And I looked upon my godand the face was demonic,
calm but twisted after mine.
And we burnt each other out
in horror and impatient wonder,
pairing Januses at war.
In between weep and elation
We stripped bare naked the One
the One who is behind this-
Interferring not,
being beyond us all,
complete, unfathomable,
terrifyingly alone.
