Description My eyes snapped open. Was that dream just some sort of nightmare? Sitting upright I looked at my room. The white curtains, the walls, there was something quite not right.

None of these things was familiar.

I turned my head to my left and saw a mirror. And there I was, reflected on it, with short blonde hair, the brown eyes.. and an expression of confusion on my face.

"Nagi?"

A pair of arms embraced me tight. Still looking at the mirror I saw a man, his long hair tied back in a pony tail, before me. He was garbed in heavy armor.

"At last you've woken up, Nagi," he said. "All of us have been worried sick since that last Guild Siege." He let go, looking at my face, smiling.

"Pardon me, but I do not know who you are."

His smile turned into a frown.

"How come..?" He asked slowly. I shook my head, avoiding his penetrating gaze. He was silent for a few minutes. "Come with me, Leanne," he said at last, offering his hand. "We need to get you cured...." Taking his hand, he helped me stand up. Only then did I realize how weak I was, my footsteps uneven. He accompanied me out of the room, and down a flight of stairs. It was quiet inside this small inn, but outside was a major disaster. There were blacksmiths, alchemists, and merchants vending their goods. This was the city of Prontera.

"Hey there, Miss Nagi!" A lot of people greeted me, but their faces were a mere blur to my memory. The armored guy just said that I was still weak from what had happened a few days ago. They simply  nodded and threw me looks of pity. I don't like it at all.

"Excuse me," I said to the armored guy, who I now recognized as a Lord Knight. "Who exactly are you and what do you know of me?" He stopped in his tracks and turned to look at me.

"My name is Rio..." he said. There was an awkward silence. "Don't you remember anything? Anything at all?"

"No." He sighed, and hed my left hand.

"So that means..." he said slowly, his eyes on my hand. "You don't remeber that we're married?" I looked at him, raising an eyebrow. Me? Married?

"No." He sighed again, and we continued walking until we stopped at the west gate of Prontera. Letting go of my hand he walked over to a priest who was chatting with a knight.

"Mike, we have a problem." Then they continued in hushed tones, occasionally giving me a dark look. I didn't like this. Only then did I notice that everyone's eyes were on me, and each of them whispering to one another. I looked at the clear blue sky, wondering who I must be if everyone knows me. Rio had finished talking with the knight and the priest - the priest was now opening a warp portal.

"Let's go to Payon," said Rio. "We have some business to attend to." He gave me a slight push, and, stepping onto the pale lavender spot on the brick pavement, glimpses of different places entered my mind, and at last, taking a few tentative steps forward, we had reached the Oriental city of Payon.
