hey, nice work! I have a question though, since I'm a total art newbie: I assume you had to scan in hand-drawn lineart and then CG the colour in? That being the case, what programme did you use to CG the colour, and how do I go about getting it?

Yes, I scanned in hand drawn lineart and then colorized it in Photoshop. However, there are less expensive alternatives too. For example, you could use the Open Canvas art software as well. Generally speaking though, using some kind of Wacom tablet when colorizing and on-screen editing is best either way.
Photoshop is available in stores like Staples. Open Canvas can be purchased and then downloaded online.
