This little guy of mine has existed long before I placed him in the Destiny Intertwined universe. Despite this, I haven't really shared his story beyond that. But now, I want to share him with everyone too.

Personality:

There is a very fine line between a devotion that deserves admiration, and an unhealthy obsession that consumes the entire life. This is a line Celsius finds himself frequently crossing.

After being injured at a young age, Celsius became increasingly scared of the world around him and shied away from nearly everything. His confidence had taken a massive hit that would take years to recover from. Being a late bloomer with his element didn’t help as he felt increasingly behind everyone in nearly every category. This changed drastically when he discovered his element and gained the ability to use magic.

From the moment Celsius cast his first spell, he became obsessed with magic. He had found he was far better with magic then he was with his element, so he abandoned his element all together. Eventually, he decided to focus on healing magic due his own past with improper healing. He never blamed the healer that failed to save his wing. He blamed the world that made it hard to learn proper healing procedures. He decided at a young age that the world needed more healers. Ones that could prevent injuries like his own. Since he found some talent in it, it should be him.

At his best, Celsius never loses sight of his primary goal and pursues it with boundless energy. Any step toward improvement only bolsters his drive to continue and no setbacks will sway him from his course. At his worst, he is a very stubborn dragon that can’t see the forest for the trees. Once his mind is made up, he is hard to dissuade from a chosen course. He occasionally ignores other important factors such as food or sleep in favor of further practice.

For better or worse, Celsius is very passionate about improving not just his own skill, but the collective knowledge of the healing profession. He has very strong emotions despite what he shows on the surface. He doesn’t want to be a good healer; he needs to be the best. There are too many dragons that need help for him to aim any lower.
