im probably the 5,000th person to ask this, but you basically animated using a drawing software? No toonboom or flash or anything? Cuz I do the same thing

I did it from start to finish in Photoshop.
As for the messiness of your lines - it's okay. The messier the more you experimented with your work, and messy lines always look nice. I love that sketchy feel about the motion picture, used to have it sketchy once but it got cleaner with time. I shed many tears over this, now I'm cheating using a pencil brush u-u

You must have a lot of motivation to do all of those animations with this process. I get very bored and impatient when animating so I barely do any, which also prevents me from practicing to get better.
The way I do it is in Manga Studio 5 and I draw every single frame as a new layer then I export ALL the files and put them together on a GIF website. It also doesn't help that the website (gifmaker.me) never puts them in order so it takes even longer to put them together because it doesn't show the file names either. I number all of them to help but it doesn't show the names so I get confused easily

Oh god, that sounds terrible o.o Would bite my fingers off if I had to put my animations together that way. Kudos for the patience with that.
I struggle with the monotony of animating by watching tv series in the background at the same time. Helps in distracting yourself from feeling constantly frustrated better than any music ever would.
