I like this interpretation. In Rotj they where more or less pear shaped. And yes I know that they are supposed to be a warrior race inspired by wild boars. But in my mind I prefer to see them as an army of ninja turtles rather than sumo wrestlers

Yeah, I think there is a lot of creative potential with this race that is continually swept under the rug.
