Soooo....~Question question question X3 How do you do the lips? And what kind of make-up do you use that makes the white show so much?
...Or maybe white make-up won't show on me because I'm too pale!? D;

Lips. I dunno, I got lucky with the lips. xD But here's a tip.
To make my lips nice and red, I have this really bright redlipstick. I put some on my finger and dabbed it onto my lips. For the black edges, I use my eyeliner paint (or any other black cream face makeup) onto an angled brush. Don't rape the black makeup with the brush! Start by barely putting any black at all onto the brush and then glide that baby as if your putting on lip liner.
White: The white shows really bright because I use either white Ben Nye cream of White Concealer, and then I topped it off with white powder. <:

The black eyeliner I use is MAC, and it's $20. Expensive, but it lasted me a year. <3 <3
The Ben Nye, I dont remember. It came in a halloween pack. xD
The white concealer was $4
Brushes vary in prices. Dx
Foundation is like $14, but most of the time, I don't pay for it.
Eyeshadow could range from $2 to $20
Good makeup could be pricy, they last me for a veryyy long time.

For this picture, I used typical drug store makeup. Pencil eyeliner, eyeshadow. except for the white. I used white eyeshadow and white concealer.
