Have to wonder how such a shape would resonate.
Plus, isn't it a little "metal" for a semi-hollow? just saying, semi's tend to feedback something nasty at high gain.

I've never played a semi-hollow. This was more of a "play anywhere without an amp" idea. Not sure if I'll ever make it though. And yes. Is metal. Everything must be Metal. So says lords of Metal, Dethklok!

Get a belt amp *Chuckles* they do work.
Or get a 1/4" to 3.5mm converter lead, a headphone/mic splitter and an amp modeling app on your smartdevice. That also works.
Incorperating a small amp into the guitar itself might also be an idea.
Or just get one of these: www.voxamps.com/amplug2 much cheaper then making a guitar XD

But not as fun. I'm working my way into building guitars for a hobby and possibly a business. I'm going to need to try a lot of designs.
