Description
I remember *ThePurpleWind using ~Onyx-Tigress 's eye manipulation tutorial to make his own eye manip titled Solar Flare +Eye Manip+ .I use photoshop everyday, so I wasn't interested in using a tutorial. Not sure whether this is any good or not, but it's to the best of my ability.

I knowww! I had such difficulty with was my internet last night. Literally, after I uploaded it I couldn't get onto a number of websites and web pages. I tried all the browsers on my computer, oh and then my stupid computer crashed. Oh and then bloody Flash killed my computer. Sitting there for half an hour waiting for it to tell you that the program is not responding is not funny.
So my thinking was "Hmm.. maybe GK wont notice, wont get mad, so I can get up early tomorrow morning before school and leave a link on his page." But it failed!
