I've had the idea of doing a skull in bulb drawing for awhile, and tho I'm pretty sure I'm not the first one to think of it, I felt like I needed to do my version.charcoal 8.5x11

Oh yeah, there's definitely such a thing as negative emotions, otherwise we wouldn't have such a thriving psychiatric industry
Sometimes its called venting, and yeah it works a lot. And more often than not, that's where you usually get your best ideas, when your plumbing your emotional depths.
I just wanted to try the concept of skull/bulb, seemed like a perfect contradiction in terms. Yet it comes together so natually on paper. If it seems like a bad idea, would it make good art tho? Seems like an interesting question.....
