As you are seeing it, is a Rawk just giving himself a Facepalm. The true is that this one is a sprite from the NESTS Kyo removing from his forehead his headband, but I found this frame of the animation an interesting funny sprite.

Also the sprite has a practice shading on it where I turned the NESTS Jacket into the 2003's Kyo's Jacket with a superb result that I experimented.
