Description Wildflowers!!!
I was drunk amazon-ing a few weeks ago and dropped an irresponsible amount of money on a used 70-200mm f/2.8. No buyer's remorse so far!Β 

Taken in Mount Rainier National Park in the glorious state of Washington.Β 

For some reason the image quality is looking very low when it is uploaded :\ Have tried multiple size and file types and can't figure out how to get the clarity to be the same as the original. I'm at my wits end trying to get it to look right, if anyone has any thoughts on how to improve the upload quality let me know!Β

Such a unique perspective and the background is just the right amount of blurred. And I love the colors, did you edit it? It doesn't seem like much, just right.Β

Thanks so much! I always do some editing since I shoot in RAW, pretty much just contrast enhancement with selective levels adjustments and occasionally some minor color adjustments if it's indicated. Really glad you like the photo!

I shoot in RAW as well, it's so practical. I think it shows that there is just minor editing, nothing too overpowering. The light was perfect for this shot, it makes the color really beautiful.

Do it! Although I'd recommend summer This was taken in August. Late July/early August is prime wildflower season in the mountains. I hope you get to make it out here some day, it's one of the most gorgeous places in the world! Β

Yeah, I think it's maybe just natural to expect some amount of compression. But it doesn't look as bad as it did when I first uploaded it, so it may have just been my monitor being weird. Β

You should certainly invest in a good screen - otherwise all editing is useless
