Just a humble Genshin fanart created several months ago last year.

We don't really know when and how Tartaglia got his Hydro vision and his official profile description goes more in detail on how he got his Electro delusion instead. I wonder why? I can rely on nothing but my imagination here, but my best theory is he got his hydro vision either during the three months he has spent in the abyss - when Skirk taught him how to fight - or whenever he developed this mysterious ambition of his to become a human weapon and thus someone capable of protecting the people he cherishes. I can't help feeling his dedication to his family plays a huge part.
