I don't know how long you've been practicing, so I'll try and give you tips (if you want)

The colors are nice and the shadows are were they should be, however, your coloring is a bit unfocused and, when drawing with such tools, I would advice you not to go back and forth with it... mostly when doing the hair... just make it line by line... just one at a time and it'll give a more 'realistic look'.

As for the second problem that, I think is 'easy' to over come, is the symmetry. Her left breast is bigger than the right one (which could be possible if she wasn't facing forward) and drawing a sketch in pencil would give you the chance to use a ruler and mae sure the eyes are at the same level (as for the space between them, I'll advice you to take one of the eyes length and to relate it to the space between the eyes and finally, for the second eye.
