Personalities:

Pichu: As a pichu he has bright and curious, very innocent. He was always mommy's little angel until he was taken away.
Pikachu: When he evolved he maintained his curious personality. As a result he ended up captured by Team Rocket soon after. When he evolved he gained a new confidence, and was bold when facing the harsh journey to Team Rocket HQ, whilst being caged.
Rocketchu: Experiments caused his personality to shift completely. He became your standard Rocketchu - evil, sarcastic, unfeeling, always eager to obey the Rocket rules and bloodthirsty.
City Punk: After he escaped from Team Rocket he began his teenage phase. He became a lazy, cocky city punk. His fearless attitude got him plenty of mates - and his foolishness resulted in several accidental children. He had quite the reputation in the city and gained many friends and allies for life.
Shaman: He had been enjoying his time in the city, until one day when he became deathly ill with Shaman's Sickness. The local Shaman from a nearby forest was summoned to heal him, and told Ray that destiny had chosen him to become the next Shaman. Ray was taken to the forest and trained by the Shaman to become a healer and spiritual guide. As a Shaman Ray was friendly, confident, patient and helpful.
Ghost: This is what Ray's spirit looks like. His tail has been ripped off in either an accident or battle.

History:
1998-2016
Ray was a bright and curious Pichu. Soon after he evolved his curiosity got to the better of him when he ended up caught by one of Team Rocket's traps. His appearance was changed by experiments, and he turned temporarily evil. After some time he snapped out of it and escaped.
He lived his life in the city, having several accidental children (good job Ray) until destiny called and he became a Shaman(healer) in a forest nearby. Years later he was caught in an accident involving Team Rocket he almost died when he was sent plunging from a cliff into the river below. Not many know that he survived, and so for now he is pronounced dead...

Ray is not a 'Legitimate' Rocketchu - For anyone who owns Rocket characters or ClonesI got some information from the original creator of Rocketchu, :iconVengefulspirits: and I also got some information from Rocketto/:iconReidobiwa: who was big in the Rocketchu comics and art back in 2007 times.
I want my Rocket/Clone characters to be legit as possible so I'm gonna be following these rules, its up to you if you also want to follow them. I just thought I'd share them with you all as they are quite interesting x3 (I'm gonna be redoing a lot of my characters now, including my main, Ray.)

-Clone Pokémon cannot evolve, if your clone is a Murkrow it stays as a Murkrow.
-Clone Pokémon's babies are the same as them. E.g. Clone Nidoqueen gives birth to smaller Nidoqueens.
-Clones have odd markings (Like in the Mewtwo movie) but nothing too overboard.
-They cannot be overpowered, for example a Pikachu with wings and rainbow fire breath.
-They can have different Pokémon DNA to make them stronger, for example a Pichu with Raiku DNA, but this doesn't
-Cyan electricity
-Ex Team Rocket member

-He got the scar in his tail in a battle with a Weavile

-He was 'killed' by a Rocket Commander - Esper the Glaceon

-Before he was captured his eye color was grey, his eye color is now cyan.
