I see Chibiterasu as a bit of a minx, and sometimes you just get bored with being ridden around like a mule by a little kid with a huge sword. XD

A lot of hard core gamers roll their eyes at me when I say that Okami is one of my favourite games along with Rayman and Katamari, but it's just SO DAMN PRETTY. Not only that but the game is unique and beautiful as well as being fun and challenging to play.

And i was super excited at the prospect of Okamiden for the DS. CHIBI-AMATERASU KAWAIIIIII

*ahem*

i was guided by my workmate to a contest being held over at Capcom's uk forums. You had to draw an okamiden related picture, and the three winners would get a copy of the new game and a chibiterasu plushie (a big one for first place, medium for second, small for third). Considering he only showed me this contest the day before the deadline (yesterday) I as dubious whether I could get a picture done in time...not to mention going up against some pretty spectacular artwork.

But then i thought 'bugger it, nothing ventured nothing gained'

And guess who came in third ;D

I'm still kinda amazed I won seeing as I started the picture before I went to work and stayed up till one in the morning to finish it XD
