Hey who remembers that Ruby Gloom cartoon? I remember it being hecking adorable and having some really good writing, but clearly I didn't watch it enough because this is a character I've never seen before. This is Millie from the Ruby Gloom cartoon and she's a commission for ! Have to say this design is a lot of fun, characteristic of the show as a whole, and really fun to draw ^-^Thank you for the commission Xai!
