No, that position is totally realistic. I've seen couples all cuddled up like that. The only thing is that his arm might fall asleep on him, so he'd have to wake up and move at some time.

I think it's more a case of bernie's been working late in the pub and Riski's had a long day modelling, and they just colapse into bed completely exhausted. Methinks Riski snuggled into Bernie and he just wrapped himself round her automatically without thinking
