rough oc online.It's a coloring tutorial I made for friend ^_^

*NOTE : it's Thai language all. Sorry. But you can learn by look at the color I spot on right-top of pic and observe where I painted the color.

You must have oc program to play event file.

And you were using only 2 layers?!
I always use at least 5 or 6 cause I'm afraid that my colours mix together >_>
I have one question: is there any way to make it go slower so that I can see every step of your work?
Cause it's way too fast for me and also I can't read Thai

Actually, I forgot to manage number of layers before drawing online ^_^" So it came out with 2 layers.
(My real work, I use a LOT of layers. Maybe max to 30-40 layers -_- usually use layers about 10-20 layers but I always merge them together.)
What version of oc you use?
If you use oc1.1 , go "Show(V)" -> Check on "Event playing with weight"
It should be more slowly.
If you use oc2-3-4 , I think just click on any menu and leave it like that. The event should be very very slowly ^_^"

I'm using OC 3.05+ and I found a sollution
I chose event => slow and now I can see everything you've done step by step
