Here we go! I had a lot of fun with this one.

*Grass and the rare Pokemon in it aren't accessible until you get Cut (there's a thorny vine blocking your way, can't be seen in the map but it's supposed to be in the space between the bushes)

I didn't pay much attention in the places of the map where the player can't see in-game (you can only see 5 tiles max up/down, 7 tiles max left/right) as anything beyond that is irrelevant
