I dont think I really explained that it was just kind of a case of Brian willing himself back to being a guy-- Its a concentration (brian, concentrating?) of wanting to be a guy (or girl) that changes him to the gender of his choice. I wonder if he could have stopped in the androgynous gender that we show in the middle.
