The Tin Woodman was renamed the Iron Woodcutter because the Russian translator was aware (Unlike L. Frank Baum) that tin doesn't oxodize and rust.

What a great image! Very cool idea and nicely executed. The Wizard of Oz characters, in the English version, are the Cowardly Lion, the Tinman, the Scarecrow, and the girl was named Dorothy. Toto stayed the same. ^^
