Ironically this one actually got vaguely improved by certain new mechanics introduced in Scarlet and Violet in spite of my last minute uploading of it, heh.

Ability: Windchill (The Pokemon's wind moves lower the speed of their targets, except for Ice and Fire types.)
The extreme force of Blowolf’s winds in this form has forced it onto all fours simply to brace itself when blowing. The winds are frigid and biting as a result of its exposure to the energy of an Ice type move, often turning any moisture on the receiving end into iron-hard hoarfrost.
