I am so freaking behind on everything dA; it's, it's extremely embarrassing to me. ^.^; ^.^;

So the other day I was in absolute crunch time getting paintings together for a local art walk event *thing* I've participated in the last couple of years, and I think it was sometime or other between midnight and two a.m. that I said

You know, just fuck it

And drew my muse. It's happened before. Skim my gallery, look for the redhead, he tends to appear when when I desperately need to, hrm, breathe I suppose. I have yet to get him quite right, honestly; which is not such a bad thing. What would I do all day if I'd gotten good enough at this that I could actually draw my muse?

(that was a joke I mean, well, not a very funny one.)

Right, so, this is 18" x 24" x 1-1.2", acrylic and some composition leaf on Encausticbord. Which works just brilliantly for acrylics; I actually really loved the surface! Photo refs used, good gracious, always.
