I'm just going around spreading the word that sans has 1HP, and just how fragile that is. The human's fake hit on Undyne is 1HP, so even a wimpy punch thrown without intent is enough to kill him, and seeing how many things seem to do damage in that world (a dog's bark, shyren singing, Aaron's sweat) it's kinda ridiculous that he's alive at this point.

They really over-estimate the weakness. Your fake hit on Undyne does enough damage to kill sans.

I find it weird how his bones are thick, but are quite weak.

It's also strange how every major monster dies in a different way, Undyne comes back, Sans bleeds, Papyrus' head falls off and persists for some time, and toriel simply has cuts on her.

Well, Undyne has determination, Sans has ketchup stored in his sweater and mouth, Papyrus is Papyrus, and Toriel has soft skin.

Monster deaths. Like you said, Sans ans Papyrus have weirdly different deaths. I'm thinking Toby was too into the process of making the game that he forgot.
