Well today started out as a normal happy day I greeted my kitty and my dog then went to school. I had a great time at school but for some reason I thought about my cat all day long! All day long! And I drew him and said to myself Imma pet him when I get home…but that wasn’t going to happen…It never will…when I got home my gramma let my cat outta the house but as I was walking to the house T-bone was running towards me and I picked him up not noticing that my precious little kitty angel was trotting out to the open field. As I walked into the house I never thought of the cat going out I didn’t c him go out either so I did some stuff and had to catch 3 white cats given to me from my friend Bonita and then gramma asked me did u bring in the cat? “Cat?” I said. “When did the cat go out?” Gramma: when u came home. A look of horror appeared on my face. “you let the cat out?, when?” I said. Gramma gave me a look and replied “when you got home.” My heart started to race as I flung myself out of the door. “Kit” I called into the woods, into the field, the chicken pen, a grim appearance graced me “where is my cat?” I said to myself. About an hour had passed gramma asking if I had found him yet “No” I said and in a fit of rage I yelled at her “This is all your fault” I screamed “I told you to never let the cat out when I came home! The dogs follow me home!” I started to cry. “Kit where are you” I screamed in my cry. I called my other gramma to tell her to send the boys home to help me search. I circled the house many times calling for kit weeping for kit. Then I heard a scream so sad that it could make the grim reaper himself cry. The scream of a child walking home and seeing his kitten dead in the road. Brandon’s Screams made me rush to the front driveway and I saw my Kit killed by dogs in the dirt road. ”He’s dead, he’s dead” Daniel cried franticly Brandon just screamed and wept My eyes rushed with a waterfall of tears. I stared in horror at kits dead body. Then I saw tiny my favorite fluffy dog. My mind was twisted so I chased her off and scolded her then I saw spider man my little cousins dog and I chased him off I kicked at him but missed, every dog seemed to be around me and that filled me with rage I hated them all for they had taken my Kits life and for that I wanted to take theirs. But the sane part of me didn’t allow me to hurt them for they are dog and kit was cat it’s the natural order of things…I guess…soon through our screams my grandpa Brigido came to our side and asked what had happened I gasped and screamed a lot about the whole thing about gramma letting kit out. My grandpa said to me “why are you crying it’s just a cat” I said “it’s not just a cat it was my cat my kit! Stupid gramma this is all her fault!” gandpa scolded me for saying such harsh things about gramma. On the way home we cried and where all verry angry. But we will always miss kit. Kit was my kit, kit was my cat and I loved him…

Kit was my kit, kit was my cat and I loved him…
