I can sort of make out Build, but the others I have no clue.

Yeah I managed to make out OOO and Ryuki a bit after I posted this comment, but the far right one being Kuuga..doesn't make a lot of sense. I can't tell who the hell that is for sure, but upon studying the backs of Riders' helmets, closest I can think of is Agito.

Yeah, though from this angle the helmet looks like some sort of weird fusion between Agito, Faiz, and Kaixa. At least to me.
