So, here is Joruha and Tami 8D
They met in odd situation. Tami saved Joruha.
He was ordered to be transmitted to the other mental institution but then there was an accident and the vechile was destroyed.
Tami saw it in the ditch. There was no one left expect Joruha who was stuck. (It's obvious that with his straitjacket he wasn't able to get out). After Tami had saved him, she was the only one he trusted. At least for two months.

I'm too lazy now to tell any details of these characters.
