wow... how cool. yes, the coloring job can get better--you obviously have very high standards. but it's a lot better than many people so be thankful for your talent! the picture captures her face so vividly, and the sweatshirt--especially around her hands--is very fitting. actually, the sketchy lines give it an interesting feel. the color of her eyes is almost glowing. it's very pretty. and the detail of the lips and nose is really realistic. me likey!

mannn stop being so hard on yourself lol. *hugs* I love her hands!! And the shading on her face is really nice. Don't beat yourself up about colors. Realy, if you look into japanese fanart, whats really popular is modifying the original characters design. To shine your own style through. Don't be scared to do that, or to change colors. Its a good thing, it really is. I have seen Hinata with so many different colors of hair, outfit ect. Be original, change a million things if you like. uhmmm Spaz out her costume, I can tell ya, not only will you be happier with it but alot of other people adore that kinda thing.
Keep at it, and don't try to finish a picture over night. I work alot at night to...and I start thinking "Damn I just wanna finish this!" But truthfully when I do that, it never turnes out the way I want it to. maybe next time, if you start at night, only do half of it, and save the rest for the next day, or the next night
Good luck.

Bah! Why do you have to be so good at colored pencils? I swear, you, Reiofhope and Kytrei are the Holy Trinity of colored pencils. >_> I love the shading, the colors you chose for her sweater, and the quasi-realistic style you used! Keep uploading more awesome stuffs!

Thanks so much for all your comments! I've ben so bad lately about commenting on other people's stuff I like....I gotta got hrough my favorites and do that this weekend, since I know how much I appreiciate when people say stuff. I'm glad you like the coloring! I'm a bit frusterated with it personally, but I'm glad I'm still getting some response despite the fact that there is all this flawlessly colored CG art running around.

Oi, don't compare yourself to CG artists. XP Traditional art is nothing like coloring something digitally; anyone in Photoshop can press the undo button, whereas if you screw up with colored pencils/paints/etc you have to work around it or you're screwed. :3 I'm extremely biased on this, but traditional art is so totally better than CG.
