Naah that's just you all the time. you finish something up, are proud for almost 15 second and then you're only finding faults. That's your attitude to your art in a nut-shell, I think.
It's true, there are always ways to be better to have made it done better. But there is no need for regrets! There will be thousands of pictures you'll paint in the future, and with each you'll keep getting better and better.
I think, you and your art are moving forward at decent speed, despite what you think or say.
