This was my favorite illustration I created for the Thousand Young expansion of the Call of Cthulhu card game by Fantasy Flight Games.I'd love to offer this as a play mat if FFG allows it.... I'll keep everyone in the loop about that.

Haha, well, to be honest, I'm not sure what they are. I imagined them as a cross between a worm and octopus/squid tentacles, like if the tentacle had a mind of its own and lived, breathed, and ate on its own. I think they're meant to be sort of like a Cthulhu larva or something to that effect.
