No, this is the original Optimus design from the 2007 and 2009 Bayformers movies so he doesn't have the rusty textures
You're more than welcome to make your own (the model is UV mapped) or I can try to make some rusty textures

You need winRAR to download and set up the model, plus Poser to animate him
His base 3D model will load into many other 3D programs but you won't be able to animate him
