Evil can sneak up on you unexpectedly! One of the best ways to overcome it, is to expose it - "hold it up to the light". The Enemy - the Devil and his demons - are very good at getting into people's heads and manipulating them psychologically. Ephesians 6 talks about spiritual warfare and I sometimes hear interesting sermons about it from the church I attend.

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."

I can't make the rays of light work well enough, so I'm removing them... have to go off and study that phenomenon by watching the sun shine through clouds for a bit.
