looks good!, the expression on the Rockin char is kinda wierd though, not much confedent and more creepy. to many eye wrinkle lines maybe and the mouth to low by a hair. Shadow's right arm is in an odd position, if you put it in front of his hair it would look a lot better. the title is awesome, i like the campy japanese translatedness of it, reminds me of a number of old japanese movies, but i would avoid puting text over characters faces unless you are trying to hide their appearance, you cant really make out the villian character on the right especially because its red over red. the composition is exelent though, you focused on the central character while the hair points to the other characters which lets your eyes flow to them nicely
over all, its not bad, hope i didnt sound like to much of a nitpicker and i hope the crit helps any

I can take critic but you did overly nitpick dude. just accept the pic for what it is. y'know keep it short and sweet. It feels fun that way.
