This is pretty great. I really don't understand the character, but the expression and line work really stand out as strong elements. I think a more bold, cell shaded coloring style would benefit. With the severity of the line work, the smoothed out colors look a bit overwhelmed.
The tilt also takes me out of the image a bit. Rather than being dynamic, it's slightly disorienting My eye keeps getting stuck on the tube in the top right corner, being drawn away from the focus of the piece.
But great job filling the piece with visually interesting elements, and implying a story.

It's kind of hard for me to critique this because there is such an artistic style behind it. It doesn't look like you're going for realism, so I'll try and stick to consistency. I like the rule of thirds that you used in composition, but the space looks very small. Is it supposed to be? Dia Beacon's dress and hair could use some bolder highlights and shading, similar to the clones, and it might be a good idea to add the water effect to the clones, as if the light is distorted through the liquid. I'm not sure how difficult photoshop brushes are to use, but the bubbles are a little messy, and I can see the paint strokes on the top tube. It's not as smooth as the bottom tanks. I don't know if it's supposed to be there, but right above his right eyebrow, (our right) there is a circular highlight, which makes his face look like another substance, because skin doesn't reflect like that. I really love the fangs (little details on the teeth as well) and mouth. The outlines are well defined, and your style is very easy to spot. Hope this helped!

I like this because its actually telling a story. Like, you know what you're going to do and you did it right, nothing is like "Woah im bored so im just going to draw this hear and see how it turns out"
I thought the guy fist up is like an add on. It didn't fit in the picture. Like it looks like you did him seperately and glued him onto the picture. You have very clean lines. Very creative costume i had to admit. It's like a metro villain.
The light source: i dont really see where the light is coming from.
overall, i like it, very "Alien-y" haha, Next time try to add some flow that the characters belong inside the picture and doesn't look glued on.

I guess I can start from top and work down 
I love your shading - though the tint makes me think: WoW spandex. No complaints, it's just not often to see shiny stuff. >D It also is very smooth, so all's good. >3 Only thing I can see that you may want to try and keep in focus with is the geometric shapes when it comes to shading - like a muscular shoulder is like a circle so you're supposed to shade it as such (I think is how the saying goes ._.)
You could put more shading on the clones. Light breaks through even water (though clone boy 2 doesn't look like he needs much XD)
I WOULD suggest using a bubble tool or something to give your bobble s depth...but then they wouldn't' be solid like that and you wouldn't have censorship
The only major [piece of advice I can give based on personal taste in evil-home boy's hair (I forgot his name) I looks like Metal. I know it's just cartoonized and all that, but compared to the wild locks the clone boys have he kind of sticks out. Even if you don't want to add extra shades for hair strands, you could take the smudge tool on a light strength and bring the shading up and down in streaks, same with the tint, to give it the illusion of volume. =3

Oh and about the smudge tool thing, I didn't use photoshop but I know what you're talking about there too. I generally do that but just didn't want to here, I can see what you mean about it sticking out though.
