i love how you do sprites, its probably the best thing you do (not that your normal art is bad, i like the style a little bit more than mine as a matter of fact XD). you should work on doing sprite flash animations. just make the normal few framed animations you normally do and then turn them into a movie clip on flash to make them do what you want.
