  Background: She comes from what is considered a 'good family' with almost noble roots. She has inherited a large sum of money which helped her in building her own authorized gun shop. She works as a lawyer alongside Kakuzu and in her later years she has taken a liking in Hidan which she thinks "is worthy of a closer investigation"
            Konan is childhood friend with Nagato and, the now named, Pein. In her earlier years she had a romantic relationship with the latter, but their relationship went sour once Pein was called out for war and he was presumed dead for as much as 10 years. Time enough for Konan to reconsider her life choices. She has helped Nagato financially and in the 'Gay Marine' case, acting up as his lawyer. When "World Fall" hit she took Kakuzu with her and planned the creation of a stronghold in the mountains and an organization to help defend it. Many of the weapons the newly organization has are actually from Konan's gunshop. She is waiting to meet up with Nagato and his boyfriend to fully bring this plan to fruition.
