I love the shading, and the color of the sky... hmm, as for critiques, I'd say that the front of the building in the center with the the two/three empty white rectangles might need a little bit more shading. :3

I like it! Its a very nice change of direction for you. You still held your style. Was the reference picture Mattias Adolfsson? It seems very much like one of his drawings.
