Description I open the door to the great, wide world, and step outside.
You follow, steps unsteady.
You look up, crystal blue eyes sparkling and wide with wonder, the sky reflecting back.
"Moon," you say, pointing upwards.
"No, baby, that's the sun," my gentle response.
"Riiiiiiiight," you say, smiling; as if I am the student and you the teacher.
"Sun," you agree.
You reach up, to grasp my hand, fingers splayed, barely bigger than my palm.
Many steps to each one of mine, we walk toward new adventures.
I love you more than you will ever know.
