Description
Releasing the Benny coat texture got me in the mood for some more New Vegas related stuff. As such, I decided to make a scene depicting my personal favorite character I ever made in the game.

This is Buck Ringer, an NCR Federal Marshal who hunts down only the most dangerous criminals in the Republic. Ringer was born in the San Bernardino Mountains inside Vault 18. Growing up, he would read every issue of "True Police Stories" brought back by the scouts and scavengers of Vault 18. The magazines had a great influence on the young man, and he clearly took them to heart, even drawing inspiration from the dress and armament of the lawman featured on the covers. Disaster struck Vault 18, and he relentlessly hunted the perpetrators across California until he finally got his revenge with the help of the NCR, where they first took notice of his skills. Ringer found employment with different independent contractors across the Mojave, and after freeing several hundred slaves from Caesar's Legion, the NCR finally took him into their own employment and declared him the Republic's first official Marshal. Since that day, he has been turning the crime families, gangs, cults, and even the Legion on their heads. The despots of the wastes fear the Mojave Lawman.

Scene: Marshal Ringer is bringing a dangerous wastelander into custody. The merc calls him many vulgar names. Buck ignores the childish taunting. He has seen and heard much worse in his years protecting the Republic's citizens.
