This looks absolutely gorgeous, I love how Kanda is holding Rei, it looks like he is saving her from something ;v; The outfits are so perfectly accurate, every little details are included, even the badges, wow! The buttons look nice as well. Plus the anatomy is just way too amazing, you nailed it so perfectly ;;
The shading style asdfghgfds the softness of it is really cool and I love the additional colors you've used, it makes it pop out even more! The faces are so gentle and I can't stop staring at the whole picture, it's a lovely illustration! The cute golem too amg asdfgf
