Hello! I'm here from ProjectComment 's Comment Tag game with a substitute comment.

I can say that I've had drawings like that- where I've thought I've posted them and realized like a week or so later that it's not getting any comments because it's still sitting in my folders on my desk, haha.

I really like the otherworldly feel of this. It feels like we're drowning with her, yet it feels like that might not be so bad, it's almost calming at the same time. I think that might be because the face is calm-ish looking. But that might just be me.
While we're on the face- I really like it, it's proportioned very well   and the skin tone helps with the eerie, drowning feeling. And the texture in the hair is also really nice, did you ever make a tutorial for it? (I saw it mentioned in one of the other comments for this drawing.)

Some advice:

The position of the body is has a really nice flow to it, how the shoulders looked a little turned by the way you have the hair, and while we can't see much of it, it's still got a clear feeling and look to it. But I think that the neck looks a little too long. Maybe shifting the hair or playing with the lighting a little more can help fix that.

I'd also suggest adding a little more shading on the face to make it stand out a little more against the hair and water.
