I had the urge to draw Flare after watching The Crow and listening to this song.

He's the type of guy who would be prowling the suburbs at night looking to pick a fight, parkour around the place like a rainbow ninja with his buddies or cause trouble/mischief. If he's smoking it means he's in the mood for excitement and thrills.

Being a thrill seeker at night is usually out of boredom or if he needs to stretch his legs after spending hours writing up songs and designing album covers.
He's not a bad guy or anything like that, however getting on his bad side will be something to worry about as he tends to take things personally and hold grudges.
