Personally, I like the "junk" in the water. Keeps it looking realistic. Besides... it is autumn. There's always leaves and such in the water. It's part of the piece.

Crit wise I would consider cleaning up the junk out of the water and then figuring out what's up with your sky. It moves from a magenta tint on the right to a green tint, to a yellow tint. Removing the jet trail might be a good as well. When you upload photos for critique, don't strip off your exif data, it makes it harder to respond to them.
