Because I felt like it needed an upgrade, and I think the new one is a vast improvement over the older. You're free to your own opinion though

Got the head, most of the body and the top segment of the right-from-our-view arm from thisΒ sta.sh/025r2timllqy
Then put it together with the Foxy from Parts and Service to complete the torso, shorts, arms and hook.
The torso required a bit of cut and paste and adjusting to make the two separate parts match up but I think it worked overall.
I got the endo parts from Phantom Foxy.
After that, I mashed it all together and did a ton of color adjusting, and just a tad of paintbrushing
