I was just reading one of the comics where Tails is tickle tortured on his feet, from archie and sega team. Its the only proof i know of tails being ticklish, and probably where the wikia thought it up. I can look for it if you like.
Sorry to butt in, but im a total nerd and know just about everything about sonic characters. I like the rare opportunities i get to be knowledgeable about it xD.

Issue #58 of Sonic the Hedgehog, toward the beginning, tails is tickle tortured on his feet for answers regarding the resistance. Ill see if i can link the image, if not ill link you to the page with instructions on how to see it. Youll need a cbr reader either way. I use "Comical" and it works great. Gimme a minute to get the link all ready, i forgot the websites name, but its in my bookmarks on my other computer, along with the comic. Brb
