Just added some more white around his body, i think it looks quite nice, here's the mischievous ball of lightning, Buzzshock!
Buzzshock is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Nosedeenian of the Nosedeen Quasar.
*Powers and Abilities.
Electrokinesis: Buzzshock is capable of releasing strong discharges of electricity from his body, as well as absorbing it to energize himself.
Electrical Transportation: Buzzshock can transform into energy to travel through electrical currents.
Technopathy: When transformed into energy, Buzzshock can inhabit, control, energize or overload electrical devices to disrupt them.
Flight: Buzzshock can use his electrical abilities to fly and levitate.
Enhanced Strength: Buzzshock is surprisingly strong for his size, being able to lift individuals much heavier than himself.
Sonic Scream: Buzzshock can emit a sonic scream capable of shattering glass.
Duplication: Buzzshock can duplicate himself involuntarily by severing a body part or voluntarily by having enough energy to do so.
*Weaknesses.
Insulators: Buzzshock's powers do not work on non-conductive materials, rendering him helpless if trapped in one of these materials.
Limited energy: If he uses too much energy or some other individual absorbs it, Buzzshock will become tired and fall asleep.

-Buzzshock has a naturally mischievous and wicked personality.
-The Nosedeenian language consists of a series of high-pitched chirps and squeaks.
-Many places in the universe use large clusters of Nosedeenians encased in chambers to generate enormous amounts of electricity, Nosedeenians do not seem to be bothered or affected by this.
-Buzzshock belongs to the "Definitive Omnitrix List 1" in the Omnitrix.
-Buzzshock's homeworld, the Nosedeen Quasar, is located in a remote part of space, this Quasar randomly generates and expels vast amounts of energy, which, occasionally, builds up to form a Nosedeenian, due to the unusual nature of the place the Nosedeenians inhabit, they have no culture or infrastructure, although they have been able to develop a somewhat primitive language, the Nosedeenians often reach other parts of the universe inside the sudden bursts of energy expelled by the Quasar at high speeds.
