Hello,You Submitted this to the BRS Contest,
I Talked with the Admins,And we decided we will Allow photomanipulation If we know the Credits,If its stock,And if you've Done A Lot of work and didn't edit just 1-2 Parts etc..
I Decided to Keep Your Photo,Until this girl Made me read Your comments On the Credits,
I Already saw the Picture Before,I Think I Told You.But I Saw it with diffrent Effects,The One someone els showed me was Almost the same as this One.
And 'Almost All done by me' ?!? Really?!?It would of been Alright If You said The Parts you editted But really??
Also,I Saw the comments below Of Other People. 'Yep really I see but You kknow mine is totally different and drawn from 0'

Photomanip is yep collaging, or combining some pictures in a new one. in my case its her face, and the chessboard in the floor i didnt draw it cause its hard to reproduce 100% like original is, and the chessboard was boring to reproduce.

Yeah,But its ok (I Have To Admit,Mostly My Stamps are Pictures that are Not Mine,But those are Vocaloids most of the time,And Vocaloids are made so fans could make songs of them,So I Don't think its stealing Because it was made to,I Just Don't Put them In Contests,I Will Never put something i didn't made in a contest to get stuff xD I Would atlist Edit/Do Something if i would)
