hmm i know the tail is off but, i really didnt want to work on this anymore X3so yes it tis the allmighty ho-oh to go with my previous lugia pic :3
i personally prefer ho-oh but im a sucker for a phoenix <3
and just for the record ho-oh can learn thunder so technically it would be an even match for lugia
(not to mention it can ressurect the dead and give them new life *coughsuicunenteiandraikoucough*)but i love lugia aswell

Lugia and Ho-oh are the most awesome legendaries! And yeah, Lugia and Ho-oh are evenly matched in battle: both have pretty much the same movesets; the only diference is that Ho-oh can learn Fire and Grass moves and Lugia can't, and Lugia can learn Water and Ice moves and Ho-oh can't.

I just wish I could figure out why it was easier to catch Ho-Oh on my first try while it's at Lv70, while I can't even get a break and catch the fire chicken that is Moltres (Which is apparently easier to get oO; )
