I recomend maybe either adding bone to the webbing of the wings and push the eye back a bit. Good job though!

There should be a bend in the wing, much like an arm.
The eye should also be lower, otherwise it looks like the horn's coming out of the eyelid.
And a few other stuff. Hope it helps.

IT's really good ^w^ I'm sorry, can't help ju when it comes to winged dragonz like that. I draw them without wings most of the time, so I don't run into anatomy probz >XD

lol i used to do that, but i want to learn, though my failure makes it quite tempting to go back to wingless X3

Well, I don't think the wings would connect the way they do- it wouldn't fly very well. If you want advice:
A ball-and-socket joint would probably be what connected the wing to the body, so narrow the connection in your pic to cut out some of the lower skin flap. Ah, I can't explain it in text.
Something like this: Have the point where the wing and torso meet be thinner, then have the skin flap stretch out from that piont to get wider.
That probably didn't make any sense, and I'm sorry if you didn't get it and/or I'm anatomically incorrect, but that is my opinion.
